I’m a classical pianist who likes to write fiction. Born in Queens, New York, I hold three degrees in piano performance, obviously the required education for ….. huh? …. a writer? Go figure. After spending over fifty years exclusively as a musician, I have extended my personal vocations to include writer. I still practice hours daily, and perform with Oregon Ballet Theatre, the Oregon Symphony Orchestra, and teach. I will always be a musician. But now, I write. A lot. Presently, I am on the third book in a series. I can’t seem to stop. I moved out to Portland, Oregon in 1988 and have discovered the importance of place. I am through-and-through in love with the Pacific Northwest.
